Local Orders – Within Kuwait
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused — and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Pre-ordered items
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
- Opened or used perfumes
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards (non-refundable)

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Please inspect your full order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly send us a clear picture or video. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order separately, then contact us to initiate a return for the original item. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll issue a refund.
Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned to our store or warehouse. Pickup service is available with pre-payment of delivery fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Ready-made items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Customized items will have design/customization fees deducted from the refund.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if delivery has already been completed.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

International Orders – Outside Kuwait
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Details on how we handle such cases are outlined below.
Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Please inspect your full order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly send us a clear picture or video showing the issue and the condition in which you received the packaging box so we can investigate.
1. Non-Furniture Damaged Items
For all non-furniture items, we will send a replacement for the damaged item or part, covering both the cost and the shipping fees of the replacement.
Please note that customs fees for the replacement shipment are not covered.
You may keep or dispose of the damaged item — there is no need to return it.
2. Furniture Damaged Items
Please keep all original packaging materials (box, carton, bubble wrap, etc.), as they will be needed for the return process.
If the original packaging materials are not in a reusable condition, we can send replacement packaging materials from Kuwait at no additional cost for the items or their shipping. However, any customs fees incurred in your country for receiving the packaging materials will be your responsibility.
Once we approve the return request, kindly repackage the item as it was originally received so it can be collected by the shipping company and returned to our factory in Kuwait.
After we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued for the product cost and its original shipping fees. Please note that customs fees or any additional charges paid in your country are not refundable.
